Process of carbon steel investment casting components, parts: Lost wax casting, precision casting, investment casting, silica sol casting, water glass casting and precision machining.
If need lower prices, it is better to use water glass casting to assure low costs.
If need high precision accuracy and fine casting surface finish, it is better to use silica sol casting process. But the price is a little higher than investment casting lost wax process.
